This place would get 5 stars if it was ran by the women the entire time. The male staff are slow, uninterested z confused, and just don’t seem to care. They always seem lost in their heads and care about other things. So the guys get one star for me.
The girls who work in the place more in the afternoon are too rude, whenever I ask for an frozen coffee without sugar and they put splenda in it, you don’t want to prepare it or they give you a very rude answer, they say that the machine is broken or that You can’t do it, which is a lie since I don’t have that problem at other Dunkin Donuts.
I ordered a matcha latte with OAT milk. I do not drink cows milk ever. When I got the drink I saw that it said milk and oat milk on it. I took a sip and asked the guy if he put only oat milk in there, he assured me that he did. It tasted off, but I thought I was being paranoid about the label. I drank half of it still due to the taste (it tasted like there was cows milk mixed in with oat milk). Now my stomach hurts and is bubbling and I also feel disgusted. I’ll never go here again.
