Customer service is horrible nowadays. They don’t even acknowledge that you are waiting at the register trying to order, they simply ignore you. We used to go there all the time but not anymore from now on we would rather go to 46 st Dunkin.
Don’t go to this location. Visit the other one a few blocks down. The people who work here are rude and lack basic customer service skills. They move at a glacial pace, and the food and coffee taste awful.
I went there this Saturday.Love this place. Their service is really good. The guy named Anil makes the best drinks.
Store is so clean , Guy name Samaul was so fast friendly, For sure going visit this store again 😊
Employee’s did not use gloves and put their hands inside the bags and food packets to open them.
