I never write reviews but this one deserves one, trash customer service, delays all over, poor hygiene, they will have you waiting over 15 min or 20 for your simple order and get the other ones that ordered after you. By far the worst DD you could go to everybody who works there gives a trash customer service.
Dunkin’ is a great place to grab a quick breakfast or coffee on the go. The menu offers a variety of options, including delicious donuts, sandwiches, and of course, a wide selection of coffee and espresso drinks. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast, making it a convenient stop for a quick bite. I especially love their seasonal flavors and promotions. The prices are also reasonable, making it an affordable option for a daily coffee fix. Overall, Dunkin’ is a great choice for a quick and satisfying breakfast or pick-me-up.
Last time they gave me the wrong flavor in my iced coffee. This time, I swear there is no coffee in my iced coffee! Just water with syrup and cream. Both times I tried to call and they either keep the phone off the hook or someone is always using it, because it was busy each of the 5-6 times I called. So annoying. They are over staffed and no one has any idea what they’re doing there.
You would receive better customer service at Dachau or Auschwitz. Extremely rude and distasteful manager named Zaman who obviously does not wish to engage customers, take orders or even acknowledge ones presence. No too mention this place is filthy with scraps of various baked goods scattered throughout the floor behind the counters. Clean up!
Ordered matcha latte with skim milk and blueberry shots, got matcha latte with almond milk and no flavor at all. Next time I’d rather order from another nearby location.
