Have yet to actually order food. I have no idea what the deal is. First time I was standing at the wrong end of the counter waiting to order coffee. Got yelled at. Gave up. Second time I waited and waited never ordered and gave up. I wish there was just coffee you could pour yourself. I probably wont try again. Cold coffee for the win
Went in and ordered two breakfast wraps, they were made wrong so I called and told them how it was supposed to be made, I told them that I could come in the next morning because I was already gone. I went in the next morning to get our drinks and the wraps, my smoothie was made wrong, it was made like a mixed berry frozen lemonade, our wraps were made wrong AGAIN, first and last time getting our food/drinks here.
Why can’t you get more workers and pay them more so customers have a better experience? Don’t you over charge for your items? The wait is crazy and you only have drive thru. How about treat your workers better so you can get more and have an actual full running establishment.
Love there coffee and other nice service good atmosphere I get a 5 stare but I love Starbucks more I never sad that I hate Tim
But Tim should have more menu item
Solid quick option for breakfast or a caffeine fix.
