After not getting omlette bites at another Tim Hortons, I came here. They had them, but the omlette bites were horribly overcooked (see pic).
However, the women working the counter were unbelievably nice and friendly!
They were very busy during breakfast time so I went inside. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged that I was at the counter for a long time. I thought that was unusual. Once I was able to order, the food and drinks came out quickly. The drinks were excellent and the food was good.
I arrived at Tim Hortons for a quick breakfast before the eclipse. I sat down at a table/booth, ordered my food and waited about 5 minutes. I got timbits and a drink. My mango refresher was very good, and my timbits were good aswell.
Using the app, our food was ready before we were. Good food, fast.
There are some very nice people who work at this location.I don’t want them to be penalized for my review.
My apps point were migrated to a different account,that does not belong to me . That being said .we’re done . Never going back. Cust service is a joke. Old lady at the window laughed at me . Just remember this . If they can steal your points they can steel your money or off the app. Deleting the app
