    Everytime I go to this Tim Hortons my donut ends up with the chocolate either all over the inside of the bag or on a paper. I have also had issues with them not putting favoring in my drink that I paid for. The lines are ridiculously long and slow. I waited in the drive thru for 15 min before they even took my order. Then waited another 5 min for them to have it ready. I only ordered 3 things using the app, which should take less time as advertised! They also tend to be very rude at times with their tone.

    I absolutely love, Tim Hortons. People that work there are always amazing except for tonight. The young lady that was at the drive-thru window was very impatient and extremely rude. Her attitude was so bad not just when we ordered but when we went around to pay and pick up our food. I just cannot believe how she could treat somebody so rudely. This is the first time I’ve ever been to any Tim Hortons that someone was so rude. Actually I have never been to any drive-thru where someone was so rude. This is not the norm.

    One morning I bought coffee at the drive-thru window. I gave the guy my card and then he gave me a straw. Then I waited for a long time for my coffee. Which is fine but when he finally did give me my coffee he didn’t give me my card back. When I noticed he didn’t give me my card I was already at work. (I know I should have noticed sooner) So I called them asking about my card that they didn’t hand me back and they completely DENIED that they had my card when I know for a fact that they do. So had to cancel my card because it was miss placed or stolen from an associate. So be careful and be sure you get your card back.. pretty disappointing

    This has been a non going for the pass year. Going threw the drive threw when I ordered they rushed me and put up my order on the screen and I wasn’t finished they don’t even pull up my order then told me just to come to the window which I have no clue how much it was. So last night was my last straw. I went threw the drive threw at 8:30 pm. I only ordered one drink. Large coffee 3 cream 2 sugar with caramel. Went up to pay. As soon as I was driving away I tasted the coffee drink. There was no sugar or no caramel and the coffee tasted burnt. So I went back threw the drive threw. Told the boy that answer and told him that it was wrong. He said to pull up. As I pulled up he open the window and yelled that he put the caramel in. As he closed the window there was a girl in there I believe her name is (McKenzie) she was swearing and cussing loud enough threw the closed window about me. This is so horrible and this isn’t the first time this happened. She is very rude to customers. So when I got my drink it was so sugary was unbearable to even drink it. So this isn’t the first time I had bad customer service from her. I had alot of drinks that needed to be made and what an horrible attitude!! Seriously this is horrible. They need better people that have better customer service. Sardinia Tim’s are so much better as for customer service. They need to do something about this girl!! Just uncalled for! Not even one star should be giving!

    I have such a simple order a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown. Half the time they forget the hash brown. I drive away because I don’t have time & assume they wouldn’t hand me my order with me asking is that all followed by them saying yes without it being all of it.
