    So I paid > 6 dollars for a shaken espresso drink… note the quantity of ice here. Absolutely asinine. The worker was like “is there a problem with your drink?”

    Yes. It’s 80% ice!!!

    The shop states it opens at 430am. A few times it has been well after 5am that they are opening.
    They purposely put “sold out” on the Starbucks app, meanwhile you can order these items if you go in person.
    Why is there this discrepancy?

    On the days they open on time and the Starbucks ap is available to use, the service is great and the staff is welcoming.

    Waited twenty minutes for a large coffee with a shot of espresso. Went back to counter….asked about my order. Waited about another 10….ended up with large coffee no espresso.

    Seemed to be more focused on online orders rather then the people in the store.

    Never open on time always closed past opening time. Multiple times through the week says open and send in my mobile order and they are closed. This place needs new employees

    When me and my family ordered Starbucks through the Starbucks app it said an estimated time of 25 to 30 minutes! Me and my brother got down there at 7:33 AM and got our 3 things at 8:01 AM. Everyone is super nice though. Just be AWARE OF THIS if you decide to stay at the Hilton hotel right next door!!!!
