If I could give 0 stars I would. This location (on maple and transit) needs a better system. It is so chaotic inside and you have to wait forever for a drink that might not even be in their system. There were at least 30 people and I was waiting 30+ minutes to get my order because it wasn’t ready. I will never be going to this location again. The baristas are wonderful, they just need a new system and more baristas to handle all of the orders. This is the second time this has happened at this location.
On Christmas Day I came here to get 1 coffee and got stuck, actually trapped in the drive thru line for more than one hour, how is this possible? I just want to leave and for get the drinks and I can’t!
There were only 3 people working!!
And it is Christmas day!! The store was jam packed!!! And a Very long line of cars at the drive-thru!! The staff were AMAZING!!! THEY DESERVE TROPHIES!!!
Staff goes above and beyond to make strangers feel important. I brought my niece in for a cake pop on her birthday, the baristas there, Caitlyn & Lauren, made her feel like she was a little queen. Best 4th birthday ever. Thanks team.
Walked in the door at 7:30. The sign out front said closing at 8:00. An employee was mopping the floor as we walked in, so we confirmed with them that the store was still open. Ok. The mopping employee met us behind the counter and asked for our order. We just wanted regular coffee, nothing fancy. We asked if they had Sumatra already brewed or is it a grind per cup deal. They said it’s grind per cup. Ok, great. Before we could give our order, another employee who had been tidying up behind the counter says,” the coffee machine is not running anymore.” Um what? This is a coffee shop. If you were shorthanded, I totally get it. You reserve the right to close early. I guess. but don’t let us in the store if you’re not prepared to pour us a simple cup of coffee.
