    Attractive looking Starbucks with good space inside and outside. As others noted, pretty slow. I’m not sure why as staffing looked pretty good. They were out of large straws and they keep all straws behind the counter; I don’t know if it’s a new policy that you need flag someone down and ask for a straw – maybe it’s a strategy to slow down customers even more🙄

    I usually come to this Starbucks almost everyday to get my coffee & bakery goods for my kids every morning. The morning crew are amazing ! They’re super fast & efficient. Recently I’ve encountered a horrible experience with one of the baristas. I believe her name is aseel , ice coffee with a splash of cream & she replied I have No caramel. I then asked her what order flavor do you have … she replied the usual flavors (with an attitude)… I asked what other flavors you have is because I’m not aware of the other flavors . I always ask for my coffee with a splash of cream bc I am lactose in tolerant & twice already has she given me my coffee with regular milk .

    Now I’m starting to think that it’s done on purpose by that same girl & is ridiculous! I will no longer return to this Starbucks!

    Even though the new popular food items were in limited stock, this place was a wonderful experience; free WiFi, easy bathroom access, fast service, relaxing atmosphere, and great food and drink. Definitely a good spot to do some work and have a quick meal!

    Placed a mobile order for pick up and the service was horrible. We showed up early and didn’t mind waiting and expressed as much but the guy behind the counter had such an attitude about 6 drinks being order. They didn’t even tell me when the order was done the girl behind the counter just said it’s there take it. Such bad attitude. Had to ask for cup holders and straws. Such a horrible experience and negative energy from the employees. We leave a low tip on the app and tip cash but this service didn’t deserve the thanks!

    The service is horrible ! The Starbucks is literally 1 mile away from my house. I’ve frequented the Starbucks 2-3 x weekly for the past six months hoping that I come in contact with someone that doesn’t have an attitude whether you go through the drive-through or you go in the store . Most employees I have come in contact with at this store have an extremely bad attitude not willing to show any signs of kindness they all give off misery and total unhappiness it’s an extremely Peculiar feeling to walk into this establishment absorbing all that negative energy in the environment . I’ve never experienced this at Starbucks before ever . Waiting in the store they won’t even tell you when your drink is ready. I’ve been having SUCH bad experiences and especially because this is my local Starbucks it’s very disappointing . I usually Stop by late afternoon early evening, the staff on hand is disgusting. I’ve stopped by once or twice earlier in the day before 12 pm my drink is actually made properly and you may possible get a smile lol . I’ve been contemplating writing a review but, after my visit today I feel management should really take a look at staffing because it is ridiculous.

    P.S. After working in Manhattan for over 20 years frequenting many different Starbucks. I’ve always had great things to say about this company until now I’m thoroughly disappointed in how uninviting and rude the staff is at this particular establishment ! Not a good look for Starbucks 🙁 .
