Stop by one of Long Island City’s newest Starbucks establishments. My staff and I will be excited to help you out. Our store purpose is , to create a culture of warmth and belonging where EVERYONE is welcomed. So please stop by we look forward connecting with our new neighbors. Also if you need any help with with wheelchair access we do have an ADA elevator, and if you have a stroller please ask one of our partners to assist you, we will gladly help. Coffee = Togetherness.
I’ve always ordered the same drink at numerous Starbucks locations, and I know exactly how it’s supposed to taste. But this location made it terribly… it was so bad… They didn’t steam the milk properly for the latte and just poured in cold milk. I’ve never seen it made like this. Despite ordering a hot coffee, it was lukewarm as soon as I received it, likely due to the cold milk. It tasted truly awful. And it wasn’t just me; my friend who visited with me also experienced the same problem. I won’t be visiting this location anymore.
Stopped by this Starbucks before heading over to the city & the service was fast and easy. In and out experience, they have plenty of seats & tables as well.
Ordered a hot chocolate with extra whip. I asked for more and the lady making my drink grabbed a random spoon, scooped out the whipped cream, poured a little drink out and wanted to fill back up the cup with whipped cream. (I definitely just wanted the extra without having to throw out some of my beverage. And where did the spoon come from??) I was not going to argue, so I immediately asked for a refund. While the lady who helped me out with that was nice, the lady making the drink was intentionally trying to make a scene. She acted as though I was unreasonable for asking for a refund.
I Ordered a dark roasted with the oatmeal and this is the first time somebody steamed milk for me it was so nice I really really appreciate that thank you very much you sweet lady.
