Clean cafe. Nice staff. Restrooms remind you of a city stall (we know that smell and feel). Drinks were made quickly and to taste.
The ran out of match so I tried the chai tea latte and my husband tried a caramel macchiato.
Management seem to be terrible. I’m waiting 27 minutes for latte. What?!?!?? 1 barista and 1 guy doing food and the cashier at 1:30 on a Sunday. Can’t blame staff. 10 people waiting for drinks. Another Que of 8 waiting to order. Shocking stuff from manager.
BATHROOM IS ALMOST ALWAYS CLOSED.
Before was two bathrooms for Ladies and men. They drop one first now almost always they keep strapped in front and pretending cleaning no one is cleaning it is simlpy vlosed. And staff use the other bathroom for themselves only. Come on guys . This is Starbucks.
While people expect from city to mandate every service stores etc work for folks have to open bathrooms even Starbucks and others keep restrictions. Horrible. If you sell to public you have to allow folks for bathroom.
I’ve been a customer here for five years. Always enjoyed the place and see good baristas come and go. About two or three months ago, I guess a new manager was assigned and recently all the baristas seems unhappy. It’s no longer the same. The wait times are longer, the drink qualities have gone down, staff seems down and completely out of energy and enthusiasm. It’s so different from what it used to be.
They’re overwhelmed. Need to hire more staff!
