I wrote a bad review 3 months ago and I went back to give my neighborhood Starbucks another try, this time the place was clean and tended to and my drink was made well. Happy they opened a new location near me. Happy they worked keeping the place clean and presentable.
If I could give them zero stars I would.
Have been in here multiple times , at attempt of redemption… But every time, without fail, there coffee is nasty, and employees attitudes are nastier.
Today alone, I had an employee throw a little fit because I asked for the cream cheese I paid for lmaoo

Dirty!!! The glass food displays are dirty, its like they cleaned it with a dirty rag, the outside windows are dirty, this place is new how is this possible? They have ghetto people working there with nasty attitude, I dont HAVE To get Starbucks I want Starbucks but I won’t support this dirty place with rude dirty staff, it’s just a matter of time before the health department shuts them down for something. I’ll buy $10 coffee somewhere else.
I ordered two drinks and was waiting. The store wasn’t crowded. I kept waiting while the people who ordered after me picked up the drinks. One drink came out first, and the other was kept being delayed. Even though the coffee was all extracted from the machine, the staff kept doing other things, and I politely called the staff. Then the staff asked what was going on, and when I pointed to the drinks that were still on the machine, he rebuked me, saying that he had work to do and that he had to finish cleaning the table first. I am a patient and understanding person who knows how to check the situation around me. Even if the people who ordered later than me received the drinks before me, I didn’t think anything about the order of work. However, I think there is a problem with the employee’s attitude. I don’t want to believe that, but I just hope that the employee, who was very friendly to other customers, didn’t do this rude thing when he saw my Asian name on the label. For your information, other customers who ordered several drinks received all of them at once.
I went last Friday and Barista Daniel was very NICE and made my experience at Starbucks great! He was so attentive and made my drink amazing. I went to another Starbucks in Astoria Blvd and their customer service. My new go to location will be this one. Thanks Daniel 🙂
