5 Reviews on “Panera Bread”
This place used to be good. We ordered the new Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli bowl to go but the food definitely doesn’t match the price. It wasn’t even half full! Definitely won’t be coming back.
Very nice and cozy atmosphere. The staff were very attentive except for one incident. The atmosphere and decor overshadowed that experience though. There’s a wide variety of pastry to choose from. I left feeling relaxed. The time there was well worth it. Excellent for families
Absolutely love Panera Bread. It’s my new go-to spot. It’s a thousand times better than any fast food place. Food is hot and fresh. Pastries are delicious and bagels fantastic. Their soup and sandwich combos are the best! I have been to a few Panera Bread restaurants in the area, and they are all the same, a cozy place to eat a meal.
I am a regular at Panera and absolutely love it. But I was served severely undercooked, nearly raw chicken in my salad at this location. Manager denied, told me it was “normal” and gave me a refund. I said, it’s normal to serve raw chicken in your salads? “Yes, it’s normal, we serve raw chicken in our salad.” Poor customer service with clearly no regard for supply chain issue (as Panera chicken is pre-cooked) or customer safety in what they serve.
Try all the new sandwiches, menu looks same but tweaks in old sandwich recipes and they succeeded. Fresh daily made bakery, bagels and all cookies
