When I approached the counter the dude running the cash register never acknowledged me, like I was invisible. He never greeted me, and only really spoke to tell me that they were out of croissants. I substituted them with bagels, but he didn’t even ask what type I’d like. I ordered a half dozen donuts, which he assumed I wanted a random mix since he handed me a box from off to the side. I informed him that I’d like to pick my own and the eye roll that followed was like I was asking the guy to bake fresh donuts for me. Which I should have asked for since the 6 donuts I got were likely from the day before. At least my drink was correct. The guy who made it was asking for help, he said that he hadn’t made one before. The fella at the register basically told him “good luck” and went on his way. I’m going to cut my losses with this store and try the one on the other side of town. It is a little out of the way for me, but maybe their staff has a least a shred of public relations training and won’t make a customer feel like an inconvenience. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but 6 stale donuts and two bland sandwiches with one decent drink served by someone who clearly dislikes working with the public isn’t worth $23.
Just driving through. Got a donut. Never seen a donut with so many sprinkles. It was beautiful. My boyfriend got a coldbrew. Superb. The lady who took our order, super nice. Quick service. 😊
On a Saturday morning they barely had any donuts to choose from! It took 10 minutes for an iced coffee and a dozen donuts! The tables were filthy along with the area where straws and napkins were! I picked up for someone else but I do know I will never buy from them again!

This location so much better than 54. Never out of things, order is right. Food is hot. Helpful staff.
