The cashier is rude and she treats customers terrible. She is completely distracted when taking orders. She gets loud and mean when I told her she messed up my entire order. She was aggressive with me. She needs to get re-trained in customer service. It is very disappointing to have someone with her attitude in the front representing Dunkin Donuts. I asked for a refund. I will never go there again!!!!
Great place. Service terrific. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Located in a great spot
Cashier always on the phone asks you over and over what did you order…because she isn’t listening…and still
Gets orders wrong constantly.
No quality in the customer service
This location closed before the time they supposed to. Sunday supposed to close at 7 pm. Closing at. 6:25pm
Probably the worst customer experience in my life.
