I ordered delivery from here because it’s one of the few places near me that had something within my dietary restrictions after spending the night in the ER. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl with chicken, which was just supposed to be cilantro lime rice topped with feta, hummus, chicken and greens with tomatoes and cucumbers. They sent me what appears to be a not very fresh teriyaki chicken bowl (which I cannot eat) topped with enough of the Mediterranean bowl ingredients to make it look fresh. It’s disgusting. On top of that, the baguette is beginning to mold. When I called customer support to see if anything could be done, they told me that a refund would take 30 days. Overall a very terrible experience.
Too slow. Even “rapid pick up” is extremely slow.
Ordered at 145, told me it would be ready at 210. Didn’t end up getting the food till 245.
They need to focus on speed, especially if you offer rapid pick up. This happens on numerous occasions. Terribly inconsiderate for those that try to come in and out utilizing your rapid pick up
Do you make the orders one by one? No excuse for this terrible service and extremely slow service. Would not recommend this at all.
Worst Panara ever!!! I usually go to the one by my job down in Nanuet New York. I have no problems there. This is the absolute worst location ever, every time I order something for myself or my granddaughter it’s absolutely horrible. I did not want to spend another dime here, but my granddaughter insisted on Panera. I haven’t been here to in six months because the last time I came to food was so horrible I don’t know who the chef is they burn everything over cook everything and it’s just like a big joke there. They really need to look into new management. Hiring just anyone who walks through the door.
The food is good. However, Panera has now entered into a sneaky trick of reducing (shrink-flation) the size of everything. I first noticed it on the size of their sandwich, then the pastries. At first, I thought it was a mistake when I received the “new downsize” orders, but I was told that is the new norm. Take a look at the picture of my half bowl of soup (cost $8.99). Also, another thing I noticed (pretty much most locations), they stop making the light roast coffee or replenishing the coffee after 3 pm. Some other Panera even earlier. I guess it is all part of the “shrink-flation” process.
I had a great experience with the customer service. I placed an order and decided to order some drinks afterwards. When I returned to the rack, my original order was gone. I informed the staff that someone had taken my order by mistake. They checked the system and promptly made me a new order without any issues. Excellent service!
