5 Reviews on “Sergi Coffee Roaster”
Sergi Coffee is nestled away on the corner of Sunrise Service Rd South which I would think would make it a bit more trafficked, but I must’ve came in on a quiet day.
I ordered a cappuccino and was surprisingly well balanced with the flavorful house roasted espresso. In addition the whole milk was frothed perfectly, which is hard to come by on Long Island besides the specialty coffee hang outs.
Also have Turkish coffee which I will have to try next time. A specialty not found outside of Turkish restaurants on LI.
Clean, well maintained coffee place with just the right amount of food, sweets, the ABSOLUTE BEST ESPRESSO anywhere!! I don’t add anything to my double espresso and it’s not bitter, just right,.. 5 stars all around!
Super cute. Drinks made to order. Fresh food and pastries. Well kept and clean. Worth stopping in.
Ah, I have passed this coffee joint about 200 times to and from everywhere. Always wanted to stop but never had the time. Well today I was determined to stop, so I did. Entering the store it was very welcoming. They had pastries, all sorts of bottled drinks, a board with different sandwiches, and coffee.
As I was scanning the coffee area I noticed only liquid flavors which I hate. Never had a good experience with them. I asked about creamers and they only had half and half. I was again disappointed. But I will willing to try because hey you never know. As usual, I hated it. I tried sipping it on and off and it was the same no matter how long I tried.
I would much rather get a 7/11 coffee and day of the week. I’m a huge Tim Hortons fan and use the Keurig at home.
So as far as this place, I was badly disappointed with the medium roast with hazelnut syrup.
Coffee wasn’t that good. Selection was limited. And it’s a pretty big coffee shop and they have no bathrooms and we were stopping as out of towners on our way on a road trip. So could have given our money to Starbucks instead but wanted to support local. But had a child with me and still wouldn’t let us use the restroom.
