Person in front of us took 5 minutes to order. We tried to order via kiosk and being that it is very unfriendly to use, asked for help from one of the 5 employees standing there. Was advised to “use the kiosk”. Couldn’t figure it out. Couldn’t find hot chocolate. Not willing to do someone else’s job when I already have one of my own. Customer service is awful, at best. Atmosphere is non existent. And the food? No idea. Didn’t even get any. The only
Plus is it’s right off the interstate.
A standard Dunkin at a convenient gas station. Right off the 88 highway. Plenty of options in the store. Drive through or counter service. My jelly donut was packed with jelly, nicely baked. Server was new so a bit slow but she smiled and did her best.
Didn’t have half the order we ordered then when substituted it was the exact things we asked not to have as a substitute.
There “filled” donuts were anything but, they forgot a drink then said we didn’t order it until we asked for the receipt they didn’t give us yet
Super slow drive through, took over 30 mins to go through, even with ordering ahead.
