The worst dunkin donuts in the area. I like the vanilla chai but the way they make it is awful. Its more foam than drink (only this specific store) and the worst customer service. Recently I ordered 2 vanilla chai and I asked very friendly for another one without too much foam and the person who took the order told me “I didn’t make it!” and then the person who made it told me “next time ask for no foam!” Unbelievable! I didn’t say anything back but definitely not going back to this dunkin donuts.
First going to dimension that we sat down to eat and my boyfriend’s breakfast sandwich was burnt to a crisp. There was no scraping off nor eating it. That was ridiculous. Not to mention the poor friendly service all through drive-thru from the initial arrival through checking out there was no smile, no greeting, no politeness. Disappointed dunkin’ donuts. You’ve lost a customer. Don’t even want to give one star today. Completely disappointed.
I’m on vacation here and have been three times. The best thing that happened was the manager telling some unruly young man who was harassing some girls to knock it off that this is a family-friendly place. My wife and I appreciated that
They sell bagels without cheese inside. Only this branch does it. It’s the same every time.
Drove just for coffee- hours say open until 9 but was closed at 8, update your hours on the website.
