Overall great experience! The restaurant was very clean and well maintained and the service was excellent. Ice coffee was great too.
This is to management because you are training your employees to hand out cold food! I always have problems when I come here. Something is always made wrong or not up to my expectations. The order i had today was missing the snackin bacon and when she gave it to me it was cold. this is the second time they have tried to tell me cold bacon is normal and that’s just how it is. Every other location has given me hot bacon. They act like I’m inconveniencing them by asking to warm up my food. The last time i had to throw the whole bag away it was all dried out and not edible. Who likes cold bacon? This is something that needs to be worked on and also the stuffed croissants are ALWAYS cold on the inside if the workers took the tiny extra time to warm things up there would be no problems! do better thanks
Do not go to this Dunkin’ unless you want to wait forever for your coffee or even your order to be taken I have never had to wait so long at a restaurant for a cup of coffee especially a coffee shop it is awful and something needs to be done. I go there every day and end up waiting 10 sometimes more minutes on one single cup of coffee. Sat in the drive-through for over 10 minutes today alone had to pull out to bring my kids to school so I didn’t even get a cup of coffee because they’re slow service. It is awful and something needs to be done.
Love this Dunkin- especially Tiffany and Jody.. met with a friendly smile and great service.. overall it was a nice experience..
Every time I go there something is messed up. My boyfriend went this morning to get me a simple Carmel iced coffee with 3 cream and 2 sugar it was so strong I couldn’t drink it. His was so sweet he couldn’t drink his! The food tastes like they are wiping the counters with bleach water and setting the food into it. It tastes like bleach! Every time I go there I spend $30-40 just to get something I can’t even eat or drink.
