They literally can never get the order right it’s always messed up or the iced coffee is watery and warm like bruh even in slow days they mess it up. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I am also a barista and its simple to make a iced coffee especially when the instructions ARE RIGHT THERE.
I absolutely love this Dunkin , the team is full of great people who really try to treat you as friendly . They treat the regulars like family . Also whoever worked 2/8/24 and made a toasted white chocolate iced matcha latte with almond milk for me @ 4:57pm really made it with such passion and love that I tasted pure joy in every sip ! It was pure perfection . Hands down my number 1 Dunkin in Newburgh and I wouldn’t dare to cheat on them with another . 10/10❤️
Would just like to follow up that today(2/14/24) @ 10:36AM my husband ordered me a hot toasted white chocolate matcha latte with almond milk & AGAIN THE PERSON WHO MADE MY DRINK DID THEIR BIG ONE JUST LIKE PREVIOUSLY!😍🥹 whoever that staff member is just know i GENUINELY cherish your craftsmanship in making lattes . Thank you for the joy this morning 💜😁
Staff is so rude and on top of that, mess up every single order they can. You can’t be rude and have horrible service at the same time lol. I recommend driving past this place like it doesn’t exist.
This DD drive thru consistently has the Midnight coffee available. However all of the locations that actually have Midnight available it is just warm not hot. I request cream and sugar for Midnight and it’s consistently not hot, if they have it at all.
I like the Midnight & Apple Crumb donuts and that’s the reason I go to DD. I just leave if they don’t have it.
Wasted my time.
I tried to order a box of Joe at 8:20 and they told me they could not make it because they were closing. Mind you they close at 9:00pm.
