This is the third time I have gone to this location and there is always one person working and that person is just seriously disgruntled. Being a hiring manager, I can tell the management here is reflecting in the ever changing employees at this location. Not only that, but the food service straight up sucks!!! They never have croissants/bagels plus, I shouldn’t have to open the wrapper and put the sandwich back together before eating it 😑.
We ordered two cold caramel macchiato and two donuts. The donuts were fresh and the coffee was very. You can enjoy this coffee if you like it sweet.
The staff was friendly and the place was neat and clean. We did wait a little longer than we expected but it was okay.
We took the coffees and donuts to go nit we could have sat down and relaxed. Unfortunately, we needed to be someplace else on time.
This is the friendliest Dunkin I have ever been to! They’re so positive and upbeat and customer service is on point. If you’re having a bad day just go in and they will put a smile on your face.
Worst service ever, I had a bagel with half egg on it, but I paid full price. Good prep lady needs to find another job. Not sure if the owner/manager need to hire new staff. I will never come back even if it was the last DD around.
The staff was friendly. Service was good. The men’s bathroom was disgusting!! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The toilet actually moved when you touched it.
