    Asked for lg iced latte with 1 pump of vanilla swirl and got 4 caramel and 1 vanilla swirl. These people need to make coffee as customer asks for not what they want to make. I am very disappointed. We pay 6+$ for these to throw away.

    Got an coffee full of grounds didn’t realize until I was already at work. I tried to call so they could fix before giving anyone else bad coffee but they must have the phones set up to not receive any calls or messages. Don’t get me wrong I wish I could too but in this case how many people got gross coffee that could have been avoided. Tried to call the other Dunkin in Rome and they have the same message. There is no way to contact other then in person to let them know if there’s an issue.

    Bagels wasn’t toasted much, no napkins in bag, I ordered donut holes with just blueberry and chocolate. Specifically asked if my order was correct. The women at the window said I don’t know I didn’t do it. Great answer. Start paying more attention to what the customer is saying. Service here went way down.

    Stopped in for a doughnut and iced coffee. No one greeted me. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and no one said a word. They were busy with drive through and mobile orders. They could have at least said we’re in the weeds and we’ll be with you in a bit. It’s like I wasn’t even visible. They should put a sign up,don’t bother coming in to got served, we’re busy with mobile and dri e through, use those if you want service! Left without anything
