Went today for Breakfast, and wanted to get a iced coffee while I was in town. My fiance just wanted a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel.Took awhile for the guy to finally take our order. Someone was waiting behind us also. I wanted to get a Cinnamon Vanilla Signature Latte and a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. He proceeded to tell us that they didn’t have anything to make the drink with. Then I asked if I could do a Carmel Latte. Asked me if I wanted it cold or hot. I wanted a ice coffee, and then he told me that they had no ice and couldn’t do a iced coffee. Alright, well I’ll just do a Churro Donut and a Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. Gave us our total and pulled up to the window and waited. The person behind us left. There was 2 people working ( female & male ).Got our order and looked in our bag, I got a Cinnamon Donut and a Burnt Bacon/Egg/Cheese Bagel. We just left and ate our food. Definitely not going back and very upset.
Have never had a good experience at this Dunkin. They are always out of everything, wait time is terrible, the list goes on. Ordered a latte just to be told the espresso machine it “down” so I got a plain croissant with butter and this is what I received. Absolutely disgusting. Not even worth going back and complaining about.
I’d give it a zero star rating if that was an option. The manager of this location is the rudest employee I’ve ever come across. He disrespects his customers, disrespects the elderly, disrespects his employer and has no time to make an effort when it comes to the satisfaction of his service. I hope this reaches the owner of the franchise and something is done about his rudeness. Think twice before you stop by this location because most likely he will have something negative to say about you once you leave.
What a hilarious experience!
We went in, a very disgruntled guy showed up and just informed us that they had nothing glazed etc, and that we should use the self order equipment.
After we placed the order, and a lady behind us placed her order of espresso, and we waited for almost 5 minutes, a lady came out and told us that their espresso machine is broken 😂 and they asked if we want a refund 😂😂😂.
We ended up getting a donut, which was placed faced down in a bag … ridiculousness on steroids 😂😂
I don’t remember ever giving a 1 star rating but this one I give it with amusement 😊.
There’s a real Dunkin Donuts less than 2 minutes away, I would advise anyone to go there first.
They are always out of things and the donuts are pathetic and barely frosted. If you’re going to just get a coffee you are probably ok but don’t get your hopes up on food. They were out of eggs today and when I asked for a croissant stuffer they said the people who worked before them didn’t pull them…I’m going to guess that means they were still frozen? So I basically couldn’t get any food at all today.
Don’t waste your time…if you’re driving outside of Bath, wait to go to a different location.
