Just visited store 10 minutes ago and could not wait to get home and post this review !! I normally don’t do this but I had to bc my wife and son and I frequent this store and TODAY WAS DIFFERENT!! My wife and son go in ahead of me and order. 3 minutes later I go in and order a Pumpkin Muffin and a Apple Crumb Donut my wife paid already for her order and my order was $3.67 so my wife pulls out a $5 bill and I had the exact change but instead of taking my money the kid said No Worries I Got You it’s on me!!!! Holy smokes I’ve never had that happen to me!! We had just left church mass!! The Lord does work in mysterious ways!! Anyhow getting back to the store itself inside is always clean and fresh looking because of the Very helpful and hard working staff!! Always a positive vibe inside the store and the staff is quick and attentive!! Love ❤️ This Dunkin Donuts Southdown Huntington NY THEEE BEST
Tried ordering the new promotional chorizo breakfast wrap, but was told “we don’t got that”. Tried ordering the chicken/red pepper wrap instead, and was told before I could even finish speaking that “we don’t got that either”.
It was 10:20 in the morning, and the promotion had only started a little over a week ago (june 21, and its July 1 today), so there is 0% chance they were out. They may have forgotten to pull it from the freezer, but considering it just goes into the oven i doubt that was the issue.
I get that it’s summer and there is a long line, but pulling the ol “the ice cream machine is broken” shtick just because you dont want to make a breakfast wrap is ridiculous.
Edit: just opened my bag to eat the breakfast i was able to order… they gave me, a single bacon and egg breakfast wrap when i had ordered and been charged for the veggie egg bites. So now ive been over charged as well. What a joke.
Absolutely disgusting here. Flys literally all over the donuts, employees just standing around playing on their phones. One has his pants down to almost his knees with his underwear showing. Rude employees too. Corporate needs to get here and fix this mess
Was told at 7:56pm that they don’t have any donuts I mean come on all the worker sitting down on their phones seems like the kids are running this dump.
Please to whomever reads this. Conor at this store location is amazing, friendly, respectful and helpful. Please reward this hardworking employee in Lou of a raise or promotion. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of him.
