Dunkin Donuts coffee is almost same wherever you go, so I don’t have any complaints about their coffee but their service… they post up huge ads even on your apps. Do they ever tell you how to redeem it? I mean properly??? I stopped by for a cup of coffee waiting 10 mins cuz there was only ONE customer in front of me (and he was only getting a cup of coffee, that’s it!) Anyways while I was waiting I skimmed through the DD app and found I get a free donut if I get a coffee. So I ordered my coffee expecting a free donut but the staff doesn’t mentions about it. So I asked if I’m getting a free donut since I ordered with my app (as I’m a DD perks member) But the staff gave me a stare and telling me I had to ask for it before I order as if that’s the “proper” way to redeem it.(I put pictures of the poster and you can see there’s no description how to redeem it) I was put up to a position where all other customers looking at me as I’m the trouble maker. Thank you for ruining my morning, how great way to start my day!
Got a large cup of coffee with a donut. I knew I was overcharged because there was a promotional offer. When I bought it up to the cashier and asked for the receipt, the cashier had a very hard time getting me a receipt after I paid with cash …hmm
I’ve been a long time customer of this particular DD, and after multiple bad encounters, I have to leave this review.
While I see the staff is definitely working like crazy and appear to be on top of things, too many negatives keep popping up.
Wait times for simple coffee orders have been up to 15 minutes, food orders are incorrect or completely forgotten about, and much of this takes place when the restaurant isn’t even that busy.
The above issues happened multiple times and almost every single time I go to this DD, one of these issues happen.
I would honestly go to another DD if you cannot spare at least 10 minutes.
According to an employee the store manager restricted me to seating an 1 hour. I usually sit for 3-4 hours (while buying $20 of food everyday. As i work on the computer. I even offered to buy food every hour to satisfy whatever the store managers problem is. And they refused… i get it if the store has more people then seating.. but whenever im there theres WAY more seats then people… so whats the problem? 🤷♂️
Have lived in Bayside my entire life, never experienced a worse Dunkin’ Donuts.
The employee Tasnina is racist and rude. She brings down the entire atmosphere of the store. The other employees are friendly and kind.
It’s sad what a miserable person can do to a great store.
