Nice store, very clean. Employees were very nice. Even tho i still prefer tim hortons or krispy kreme. Donuts were good and original. Coffee was good.
My absolute favorite donut place in Plattsburgh. We drive from Montreal to Plattsburgh just for the donuts. All the crème donuts are the best, so are their Boston cream. We love their siganture iced lattes with seasonal flavors. The service is always great at this location. The ladies are so sweet and welcome you with a nice smile.
I know that America runs on donuts and they are quite good here but coffee is too bitter. It’s impossible to drink black coffee (which I had) without syrup, sugar or milk. Half&half help was needed.
The employees were soo sweet! Coffee is ok but overrated ..
Why is it that everytime i go to this store at night, their frozen machine is always down because it’s already been cleaned? Tonight, i go there an HOUR before they close and once again im told it’s down because they clean it early on Fridays. I have been told at the other stores in town that they are not supposed to clean any machines until they ARE CLOSED! I spend alot of money at Dunkin, weekly…. but I will NOT go back to this location as it seems the employees are just lazy.
