    Placed a mobil order and when I arrived at 9am they were out of donuts I ordered, no biggie changed order but got something totally different. Kid we’re flexible and just excited for a special treat

    I normally go to this Dunkin donuts for coffee but service has severely gone down. I went there today and they messed up my coffee I said
    French vanilla swirl they gave me French vanilla shot in my iced coffee then the worker Abigail argued with me and my husband on how much cream and sugar we wanted horrible customer service. I work in the same type of environment and I know for a fact that arguing with customers is unacceptable I will never go to this Dunkin again and spend my money this Dunkin has severely gone down in service.

    Needed a Coffee and bagel. Decided to walk in because no one was in the drive-thru. 3 people working. Almost 8 minutes to make a bagel…..said no to the coffee because time is of Essence when you’re at work… so I won’t come back to this dunking ever again.

    dumb blonde girl there does not know how to make drinks, definitely should get some training and an attitude check. Why be mad at me when I ask for extra stuff and I’m paying for it. And then she lies after asked if she added what was suppose to be added. Your wasting product which is money little girl. Bad business.

    Been a customer for many years, but lately? This place went in the toilet due to their piss poor staff who doesn’t care about their jobs. I’m sick of getting wrong coffees numerous times a week and having to come back. I had to change my schedule around just to get someone who kinda cares enough to make an almost correct coffee at 5 instead of the 7 that I rather go at. I pay extra now for extra swirl because they haven’t seem to grasp the concept of a full pump. The wait times are terrible now also, the drive thru is always backed out probably because they’re messing up orders so much. The window guy who’s punching up tickets wrong gave me a lot of attitude about my wrong coffee then proceeded to hand me a coffee with regular milk instead of oat, thank that dude for my raging diarrhea next time will you? Bring back the old manager, the one who smiled and didn’t just throw your order at you and walk away. The one whose workers cared enough to make things correctly. I pay a lot of money on a lattes and coffees everyday, I’m very much about to drive to a different location or I’ll settle for somewhere else in general.
