I’ve lived in schenectady for 20+ years. I live down the block from this store and I spend upwards of 200$ a week here for my family and my employees. I’ve watched this store progressively get worse and worse. Especially the last year (2023/2024) the manager of this establishment is seriously bringing down the store and staff. She does not care to be at her very best and seems to not be able to keep up with the stores demand. It’s been multiple times that I’ve had over 20-30 orders in a period of 2 months that things were missing, made wrong, or gotten someone else’s order. I always do mobile ordering so I don’t have to wait, pay or have to actually order through the drive through. So there’s always enough time to get the order right. But guess what? They can’t. I’m severely disappointed in the operations of this establishment. My family and employees are extremely disappointed because they expect me to bring them tire right orders and rely on me to be on time to assist them with their jobs, not having to leave to go back to the store to fix an order.
I order the same items every single time at different stores and I never have any problems.
I’m officially not ordering from this Dunkin establishment after multiple complains on this location. I’m a reputable business owner and love to support local businesses that from the area that I grew up in but at this point this establishment with this manager is not it. The lack of training and customer service is a tragedy here. Makes me want to go spend my money at Starbucks where they give you the right items if they’re wrong instead of arguing with the customer.
This dunkin has the best service, employees that care about you & your order. & this is the ONLY dunkin I patronize in my area. I will drive completely across town JUST to go to this dunkin. Staff always makes me feel welcomed & many staff members know my order when I come. 5/5
This is honestly then best dunkin in the 518 area. They always get my latte order correct and it tastes better each time I get it. Their bagels are my favorite thing to get I do recommend getting the cinnamon raisin bagel with extra strawberry cream cheese it’s amazing. The lobby is always clean when I go in and I get fast service from the most lovely girls who work here.
I’ve been going here for over 9 years and they are all polite and very nice people never had any problems love my dunkin I love there coffee im there at least 6x a day
Sometimes people don’t belong in the fast food industry. But being a favorite person to certain people that own the company is why… This Dunkin’ Donuts can barely hear what you’re saying and vice versa. I come up there for one drink and they can’t even get my drink, right? It would help if they actually repeated their orders…. The morning manager. Don’t ask me how she has been there that long. She is a rude person.
