If I could leave zero stars I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I know someone with special needs who came to this location on 12/6/23 at 9:30 and was locked out. When he came back to order the 5 drinks he had, he was yelled at by a female employee for the amount and types of drinks. He has always been a polite and paying customer. For him to get wrongly treated by someone who is PAID to be making drinks, it is ridiculous. He regularly comes to this location, is a paying customer, and has special needs and he was turned away. It is absolutely disgusting, discriminative, and unacceptable. It is embarrassing that someone has the audacity to even act like this.
Worst customer service ever. A friend of mine, who has SPECIAL NEEDS, goes to this location frequently for myself and some friends of mine when he offers to do so. We write him a list of drinks and he goes and pays for them like any other customer. This happens pretty frequently. Weekly at least. The last and FINAL time he went for us, the employees locked the door on him. He still saw them inside working. He came back to us very confused and told us what happened. We checked online to see that the store was open. Not thinking anything of this, at the time. Bc who would do that? But I digress, he went back to DD and successfully got inside however was YELLED AT by a disgruntled employee who questioned and criticized “why he needed that many drinks” and complained about the different types of drink she had to make. It was 5 drinks. After he came back with the beverages and told us what had happened it was clear that this nasty employee attempted to lock him out to begin with. Disgusting to treat a human like that, especially one who doesn’t know any better. One who is always polite, kind, and PAYING, fueling DD’s business!! I mean HELLO!? This IS your JOB!! Extremely disappointed and disgusted by this utter lack of humanity. Will never give this location my business again.
And on top of that, all the coffee SUCKED. Always tastes burnt and never get the same drink twice even if you order it the same way. So inconsistent and coffee is rarely drinkable.
This is the worst location. I now try to order my coffee at least 15 minutes ahead and I will still get there and it won’t be ready – on top of that the staff is consistently rude which is more amusing than anything to me as I’m not the one who is choosing to work there. The one past the rotterdam mall is the opposite- always friendly – efficient.
For the most part this Dunkin Donuts is fantastic with very few errors in orders makes this a prime dine. Don’t come on a Saturday or you will be waiting a while. Update 2021 continues to be slammed with lines into the St, Also This dunkin’ donuts along with others show that they’re open online even though they’re closed, losing money, garbage all over people hanging out in the parking lots. If anybody wants something from dunkin’ donuts they’d better frequent the lower Broadway and Congress st one which is open way later than the other ones at 7:00pm and they’re closed losing big money. July 2022 Sundays and Mondays appear to be packed as Saturday May 4th 2024 drive thru out in street and yet the full on crew at this location banged it out quick time!
Rudest manager I have ever encountered at an establishment like this. Had to repeat my order four times. Going through the drive-thru and was attacked because I seemed upset. When I got to the drive-thru window, the manager continued to talk over me and engage that. I seemed upset and she was just trying to ensure accuracy of my order. I asked her to please stop talking and just take my payment, she continued to egg me on so I asked her again to please stop talking and told her I did not want to hear anymore. She told me to get out of her line. I made made an inappropriate but justified remark that she more than deserved. I have never in my life received this kind of service anywhere and will never go back to this establishment again. I will go to the Dunkin donuts by the highway where they are respectful and pay attention to what people are ordering.
