This is supposed to be a toasted sourdough breakfast sandwich and a decaf iced coffee. Two seemingly simple items yet both are completely wrong. The sandwich is cold eggs between to slices of damp bread. Coffee is not decaf. I stopped going here because everything is always wrong, thought I’d give it another shot. Never again
Edit: after reading other reviews it’s glaringly obvious that the owner of this location doesn’t care either, if they did they would have responded to some of the dozens of bad reviews.
I continue to go to this dunkin because the service is hit or miss. My order is very easy and I never go in and complain when it’s wrong because I don’t want them to throw it away. I order a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, lightly toasted. Every time i order from here my bagel is burnt and the cheese is cold. The older male cashier is very unfriendly and I never know my total before I go up to the window. Just disappointed after every order.
Went to this DD a lot because their Hot Chocolate was fire. Now it taste like watered down cocoa powder and most the time they somehow mess up your drinks.
Also, the food has been coming out barely warm (the egg patty was still cold).
The only good reason to go to this dive and they ruined it.
Some staff is friendly, but they seem to hire a lot of rude people of late.
Maybe they just aren’t morning people.
Parked my rig in the back parking area with the intent of having breakfast in the morning. The older man who woke me up told me I couldn’t park there. I asked if they were open yet, he said we open at 4. It was 5. So on my way out of the empty parking lot I stopped at the drive-through window to ask directions to a Starbuck’s. I don’t think he understood the joke. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
I did order kids food through mobile app and went to pick up the order they said “we are out of stock” my kids was asking can I get just donuts but they aren’t listed and saying everything out of stocks.. but my account had been changed and I reached out to them for 4 times which is way more times then what I spent for food. Still they are not able to refund my balance and solve this..
Never ever go back here…
