    I feel like everything I order online they are out of my product and there’s never a supervisor to issue my refund so I have to get my name added to a list so I can drive back and hope the product is available so I can buy it.
    But. When the stuff is in stock they always get my stuff done on time and product tastes great.
    My chicken wraps are sometimes cool in the middle but that’s my only complaint about that.

    Sat in line for 10 min to order 2 simple breakfast sandwiches..- and we were the only ones in line.. 25 min later we have to question where are food was.. 5 minutes later we asked for a refund.. we were told there was no manager on to issue a refund.. another 5 minutes goes by and we finally get it.. go to leave the chorizo wrap was completely frozen on the inside.. go back in.. and they asked me do you want a new one?? I’m like seriously?? You can’t give me a refund.. what you think I should walk away with nothing at this point?? After 35 minutes of waiting and not getting our money back?? Absolutely horrible.. sorry.. but by the time we actually got our order there was still someone that has ordered 10 min before us still waiting for our food.. and no one seemed to be able to get an order completed… it was not short staffing – there were five people working And these sandwiches are just frozen food in a package they warm up.. how hard is this??

    We have been to this Dunkin several times before on our way to Rochester! Usually everyone is nice and the food is fine! This time not so much! I had my 80 yr old Mother in law with me and she asked for a cup holder or extra cup for her coffee because it was VERY HOT AND BURNING HER HANDS!!!! THE LADY SAID SHE WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE HER A $1.00 FOR AN EXTRA CUP!!!! THAT’S RIDICULOUS!!!!I REALLY HOPE MY ELDERLY MOTHER IN LAW DOESN’T BURN HER HANDS OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER!!!! AND ALSO MY Chai tea was NOT HOT ENOUGH!!!! I JUST WALKED AWAY AND DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO DEAL WITH HER RIDICULOUS RUDE COMMENT! I JUST COULDN’T BELIEVE THAT A COMPANY AS BIG AS DUNKIN DONUTS CAN NOT EVEN PAY FOR EXTRA CUPS OR A COVER FOR THE CUPS SO PEOPLE DON’T BURN THEIR HANDS!

    Takes forever to get food cash register always down new people all the time .forget drive thru always make you wait and even get your order wrong. Was good when first opened Not anymore !! Took business elsewhere now won’t ever go there again

    Got a French vanilla cappuccino and a few sandwiches. One of which was a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel. The sandwich was really dry. Got my coffee, took one sip and quit after that, tastes like they skimp out on flavoring. They also didn’t have an ingredient for one of the main drinks on their page. TL;DR, missing main ingredients, skimp out on flavoring in drink and dry sandwiches.
