    When visiting family in this area, I frequent this drive through. Typically the staff is very friendly & nice; they prepare my food well & swiftly. Sometimes there is a line, but I find the staff to be accurate & fast so I really don’t mind waiting. I only mind when the plain donuts are sold out… which thankfully, was only once, later in the day.

    Terrible. We ordered online when we arrived, they informed us they had no large cups (we ordered 3 large drinks) and one of the drinks was no longer offered. I get all that but we never received a call from the store letting us know this now we have to fight with the app for the refund.

    I wish I could leave no stars.

    We stopped at this location yesterday to grab coffees while we were in the area running errands. We ordered 2 Frozen Coffees and waited a long time to get them. After getting them, we went a block away to the grocery store. After take a few sips, we decided to take the drinks back. They did not taste right and almost had a metallic taste to them.

    We went back and asked for a refund and were told that no one there could process a refund and she could remake our drinks. We gave her the opportunity to remake them but went with Iced Coffees instead. She gave us 2 large drinks that were filled with half n half and ice.

    I really wanted my money back now and was told to call today and speak with the manager. Either the location is closed or they don’t have working phones because when you call, it goes straight to voicemail. Don’t waste your time or your money here. I got ripped off.

    Update: the store manager reached out to me the day after this review was posted. She apologized and was going to put a gift card in the mail that day since I wasn’t in the area for a refund. It’s been 2 weeks. I got ripped off.

    This location has really gone down hill, the staff is obnoxiously rude, I order the same drink, and it’s always a different price, they try to pass off iced coffee for lattes and it’s usually nothing but ice and milk anyway, we just sat for 25 minutes in their drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of us, when we got to the window, the employee stood there texting on her watch, keep in mind we’re on our way to work, then the drink was of course made wrong and not even full, so I paid $6.00 for a half full glass of iced milk. I understand people have bad days, but not everyday. Needless to say, even though I live right up the street, I’ll will go out of my way to go to a different location. The bald girl who acts like the boss was the watch phone texter with a bad attitude and the green haired girl is nasty and obnoxious, and it’s these two horrible employees that will close this location down. Bye!

    My last visit here I was beyond ECSTATIC to see they had hired a young man who was formerly employed at a competitor from up the street. This young man has an incomparable work ethic, great personality and is an amazing retail/food service employee. This location had been struggling through multiple changes in employees and my hope is that with this young man they will improve. This location used to be my go to spot and I will return here regularly now.
