Went to the drive thru at 3:30 on a Wednesday. There were five cars ahead of me. It took Over 20 minutes to get to the speaker. After placing my order it took Another 6 minutes to move two car lengths to the cashier. Drink still wasn’t ready. If in a rush do not come here.

I don’t know what happened to all the staff that used to be here, but now everytime I come here ( this will be my last time at this location) the drive through girl has the most insane nasty attitude. Like TF did I do? This isn’t the first time shes gotten a drink super wrong and when you say anything the eye rolls and glares you get. She should not work in customer service.

There’s always something going on at this Starbucks that’s guaranteed to have you waiting 1.5-3x the actual wait time the Starbucks App gives when ordering ahead.

You will absolutely be late to where you are going if you thought you could rely on this location to make your order on time.

Besides the long wait times, The food and drinks usually are up to standard. it could easily be a 4 star location. 5 star Starbucks don’t exist.

This Starbucks location is the absolute worst every time coming here there is almost always an issue: the drive thru speaker is broken, they closed early, even down to a time as soon as I swiped my card for payment there was an issue and they could only do online orders. This location is horrible its outdated and the workers are a hit and miss when it comes to getting your order correctly.

This location needs an overhaul in a myriad of aspects. I have wasted precious time in the drive-thru and have gotten turned away when I had cash because they were “only taking card” that day. Mmmmm, yeah okay. On my birthday, I went for the free drink because I’m a Starbucks rewards member. I was waiting for a half an hour as everyone else was getting served before me. Rightfully so, I got ticked off and went to another Starbucks location that was further out of my way, and got served promptly and happily there. Another time, I went inside the location with a few friends, and as a typical customer does looking at the board trying to figure out what to get, the barista barked at us with her atrocious attitude and said something along the lines of “guys, pick your orders I don’t have all day”. How dare you talk to loyal paying customers in such a callous manner. Have some morality. Mind you, this was not said in a soft quiet manner, but rather she raised her voice, and chastised us like a teacher, principal, parent, or disciplinary figure would. This location is particularly smaller than others so this snide comment echoed off the walls, and caught other customers and baristas attention. That barista has no right to belittle any paying customer unprovoked; I felt mortified, and definitely degraded. Not to mention, snapping at customers is extremely disrespectful and referring to us as “guys” without a greeting is beyond insensitive and insulting. The drinks I have also had here are too oversaturated with the syrups and flavoring. It’s unfortunate I have to travel to further locations, but my limits were pushed at this location.
