It’s a typical Starbucks, pricey, but very clean. Most of the workers are friendly, however, one worker, whom I will not name, is very rude. There have been multiple instances when this has happened.
The caramel Frappuccino’s were the worst I’ve ever had for 16 dollars and change me and my wife will never be back this location. It literally tasted like water no caramel drizzled on top of the whip cream for us to go back and wait in that line again we’d rather just not go back to the store and suck up the $16 and change loss
They are fast, but the drinks are never as flavorful as the other locations. The flavored lattes just seems to fall flat unlike the other locations where you can taste the added flavors to them.
This is my local Starbucks location and I’ve been coming here since it opened but there is one worker who is rude on multiple occasions the last interaction I had with him he kept walking past us and didn’t stop to take our order when he finally did he was rolling his eyes at me and my friend and threw the change in my hand which resulted in me dropping the change but the drinks were made right so if you want good drinks maybe go here it is probably the best Starbucks in the area.
Went through drive thru- got my drink wrong. I went inside to tell them I didn’t get the correct drink. The guy took the drink to throw it away. I said let me keep it since you are throwing it away anyway. He insisted he throw away the drink to give me the correct drink. I don’t understand why I couldn’t just keep the wrong drink especially when they made a mistake, I had to come in to the lobby to correct it- no sorry, apology, nothing. Letting me keep the drink would’ve been a nice gesture, but it was lost on this person. This is the 2nd horrible experience I had here. The staff just seems to not care about accuracy or to even rise to subpar customer service. I wouldn’t go back here.
