Immediately liking it here, the person who took my drink order was really nice and helpful in terms of all of my questions, and properly rang up my order using my coupon and the app and my gift card. There’s plenty of space to sit down and do work in booths or tables. Free parking. Definitely will come back soon! Decided to take a chance on the new caramel Brulé latte, and it is very good!
This is by far my favorite Starbucks location out of any other I have been to. Their service…. Chefs kiss. I go there almost every day and get a coffee. Every time I pull up to even the drive thru menu for them to take my order, nothing but great energy first thing in the morning. And it’s always consistent! When I pull up to the check out window, they immediately go out of their way to compliment me, telling me I look like I’m going to take on the world today, that they love my hair, or that I’m a complete vibe. It’s not your scripted customer service shpeel. They seem to genuinely care about setting you up for a great day. It’s truly the best part of my morning, especially when I have to go spend the next 8 hours at my desk. Sometimes they even leave little notes on your coffee sleeve. Not to mention, food and drinks never disappoint, always hot and come out quick. Love you Starbucks. Thank you for always starting my day off right.
Friendly Staff and my drink was Excellent! I changed my Caramel ribbon crunch Frappaccino to nonfat milk and it Tastes Great! I am Lactose Intolerant.
The other drink is A Venti Iced Chai Tea Latte with Sweet Cream Foam.
Both of them can be ordered Regular or Lactose Free.
The past several times I have tried to go to this Starbucks, they have been closed. Yesterday and this morning. And earlier this week, they had a sign stating they were only offering tall iced drinks. When I asked why, they said they were out of all other cups. How does that happen? Hoping this location gets back up and running soon!
This location has gone downhill over time. Use to be great. They often will shut down the lobby even after placing a walk in order. It leads you to either just leaving or waiting in a long line. Recommend making the drive to Cicero store, 100 times better.
