Thanks to this location’s bad service, I discovered a great Mediterranean Restaurant 2 min away!
This location has paid parking!!!! After I paid for my parking in a 90F weather, I got to the door and found a sign “No, ice, sorry :(“
Apparently, they did not have food either. No sandwiches or protein boxes. Nothing, just empty space….
Where there is a will, there is a way… Both issues could have been resolved!
Decided to give this place a go since mast coffee is closed. What a mistake that was. Horrendous customer service. Zero stars if it was an option.
Standing around like they don’t care. I won’t be stepping foot in this location anymore that’s for sure. If you need a Starbucks just go to the one in chappaqua by Whole Foods.
My favorite Starbucks location especially due to the staff: Sarah the supervisor is amazing and always makes me smile as soon as I come in! Not only is she extremely friendly but she also knows how to execute my drinks very well, especially given how complex they can be lol. I go to Starbucks practically everyday, and I’ve been coming to this location for years as I live in the area. Throughout all the changes over the years, my experience here has only elevated because of Sarah along with the other star employees LJ, Claire, Sophia, Jahre (another supervisor) and Angel. Such an amazing crew and I’ll continue to come to this location so long as they’re all still there. 🙂
Not atypically, the staff was a bit “distracted,” or perhaps slightly unfocused.
They actually had both a light roast and a dark roast available.
The rest is Starbucks cookie-cutter.
All the staff is wonderful, except for one girl who makes fun of your name if she can’t spell it, get mad if you ask for something extra on your drink, really?? rest of the staff know what they’re doing.
