ABSOLUTE worst experience here. I order the same drink every SINGLE time this one girl hates me for some reason when I’m always polite to everyone, she wont make eye contact refuses to make my coffee will send whoever else is on (very obviously) to make my coffee and this has been going on for about a year and a half. After the petty, super unprofessional, immature, condescending, ridiculous situation she made today I will NEVER go back. Sorry Starbucks you’ve lost a customer. Get better managers and employees. Ridiculous!!!
They have been out of ice for months. It’s summer and they only offer hot beverages. You mean to tell me Starbucks can’t afford to fix their ice machine or buy a new one.
Barista Rhea often cannot make drinks properly. Another Barista often has a fowl attitude and is rather rude. Otherwise it’s a regular Starbucks in a Target
Friendly service, but they are always so overwhelmed. There’s always a crazy line and often only one person working the line. I feel bad for them because they’re always nice regardless but yeah there’s often a crazy wait time and you can’t order ahead at this location.
Just not a fan of Starbucks in general but having one in a crowded target full of tourists is not ideal when the line leaving checkout intersects with the line forming for Starbucks.
