The telephone number given on their website was unresponsive to messages, and it did not identify the number for the bookseller. We decided to make the short trip across Tappan Zee Bridge to the address given on the website. We were surprised to see it was a residence and not a bookstore, I climbed up the steps to the front door, rang the bell that no one heard. I knocked on door and was coldly greeted by an older man. I asked if this was the Royoung Bookseller, and he said it was in a very guarded way. I asked him if he was interested in a book that I saw he had one for sale on his website. He coldly said no. He was not approachable at all. It was a disturbing experience. I do not recommend this bookseller at all.
