Great everytime I’m shopping there there very helpful and always great customer service and no issues with returns.
My daughter and I went to Sam’s to purchase a vacuum. We had checked online to make sure it was in stock. When we got there, there were no vacuums out. I went to the front and a lady came to help. She said there were 12 in stock and she would go find someone to get one. SHE NEVER CAME BACK. I went and found her at the front going on with her business. She said oh, no one comes in until 4 pm so you’ll have to come back. We continued looking in the store a few minutes. At the back of the store, Elaine had an aisle closed and they were getting items down from top shelves. She asked the driver, Jackson, if they could get the vacuum for us. He did.
Jackson and Elaine should be rewarded for GREAT customer service. They deserve more than 5 stars. I shop Sam’s club often and I really appreciate them. We were there 12/26 around noon.
This store is always so fresh & clean. We drive from GA to shop here. Gas prices are great and easy to access the pumps. We love shopping here and we will continue to cross the state line to do so!
Café is always super slow, there are only one or two ppl working and the line is super long. They need more staff at the cafe. There’s also never sweet tea in the drink area. Sodas have a weird taste.
Most of the time a clean store. It does take awhile to check out. The greeters and exit greeters (idk what to call them) are usually always friendly. We bought some of the biggest grapes ive ever seen and they were so good. I was disappointed that they didn’t have cotton candy grapes since they are hard to find and this is the only place I’ve ever seen them.
