I ordered 6 donuts with chocolate icing and sprinkles and when they arrived, they were unglazed bland plain donuts with a bag of icing and sprinkles so that I could make them myself! They tasted GROSS without the glaze and I want my money back but the store won’t answer the phone. So I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow when I can go up to the store myself. I will likely never revisit this location ever again.
When I leave a review its all or nothing. Great or terrible, no in between I don’t believe in leaving 2, 3, stars. This location wont get my money again, the Pelham location is the only one Ive been to where the employee actually know how to do their job. After being given my disgusting coffee, I was told to go to the next window then waited 11 minutes for my order as about 5 cars behind me passed. It seems they don’t communicate with each other because three employees asked what I was waiting on. There was about 5 employees there and they’re all slow and dont seem to be know what they doing too much.
Every time I go here, the coffee I get is too bitter and rather mediocre in flavor. All the staff acts like they hate their job, and aren’t that friendly or welcoming. Also the vast majority of the time they get my order wrong, or my coffee is only half full and not even warm. Do better.
Drive through backed up. Inside dining lined up. Employees not knowing how to make a drink right every time we go. Do better Dunkin.
They didn’t even take the paper separator off the sausage patty before putting it on the sandwich; and the paper is bigger and square so it is impossible to miss unless you don’t look at it at all. If this location can’t be bothered to even remove the paper separator attached from when it’s still frozen, I’m never coming back because who knows what else is ignored as a result of this level of laziness.
