Poor service. No one wants to help, they always direct you to the app. I am disabled and sometimes I need a little help getting something off the shelf. This visit I went to use the rear restroom and the bathroom was empty except the handicapped stall, which I need, and I said something to the individual inside after quite a wait and they got nasty. As I still waited outside it turned out to be the store manager. He continued with his degradation, as if it was my fault. I guess this is what you get for your service. I do not wear hats or anything on my vest to indicate anything, because I don’t want sympathy. But I sure as he’ll don’t need to be ridiculed for being hurt and having metal in me. Worst wallmart i have ever been to. Staff are very unprofessional. I bought my wife an unlocked phone from there to find out it wasn’t unlocked. Its a verizon phone. Took back for refund. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received my money. Everytime i call or go up there they tell me to go online to solve the issue but i bought the phone out of the store swiped my card so that wouldn’t make sense. Overall after this situation is handle i will never shop there again!
I’m constantly looking for something they used to have but don’t carry anymore. I’ve had this issue with hair products and various food items. They also seem to have stocking issues… too much of one thing and never order the things they are running out of. I’ve also seen obviously opened items, possibly returns, on the shelves.
They were going through a remodel today so the pasta was not on the pasta aisle anymore staff was friendly
The manager or managers need to want to work in order to please the public they need to do this once a quarter and it would solve it all if they rotated managers every three months make someone else manager and manager pay
