Seriously amazing donuts, friendly service and a great selection. They are delicious and very reasonably priced. I am certain I will frequent here often. The place is spotlessly clean and smells amazing. Highly recommended!!
Hands down the BEST locally owned donut shop I’ve ever been to! They have a wide variety of donuts from glazed all the way to key lime. If donuts aren’t your taste for the morning don’t worry there are also other goodies like breakfast burritos and kolaches (big pig in a blanket). To round out your breakfast meal there is a big selection of juices, sodas, water and coffee. The man running the place is so kind and charismatic and that alone leaves an impression on you to make you want to come back. The donuts are just an added bonus 😉🍩🤩
If you care about your waistline STAY AWAY from this delicious place . You won’t have the will power to say no. Before you know it those dozen delicious donuts will vanish off your counter and you’ll be back so you can try all the flavors. This isn’t just another donut shop . I don’t know how they do it but these are light and fluffy with the perfect amount of glaze or filling.
Absolutely love the sour cream donut. Best I have ever had. Place is in a not so nice building but it is super clean. Like 100% health score clean. Big props for this place.
Licken’ Good Donuts is a small storefront serving big flavor donuts. All of the time-tested types of donuts are available, including many new ideas. Their Maple-Bacon donut is very popular. They tend to sell out daily, so for the best variety, don’t wait till late afternoon. I have been there as early as 7:00 AM and as late as 2:00 PM and never had to wait more than a few minutes. I have arrived between 3:00 and 5:00 PM only to find they had sold out already. Licken’ Good Donuts is as good as any of the well-known national chains that have existed over the past fifty years and better than many. It’s certainly worth checking them out if you are anywhere in the Dekalb County area. In fact, if you want a great donut, they are worth the drive from Scottsboro to Albertville and Gadsden.
