Well this has completely ruined my day. At first the hot light was on but I didn’t get fresh donuts. Secondly, I start working and break my donut apart to find hair that was baked into my donut. I won’t be going back here.
Y’all don’t neva have the dang full menu no matter what time we get up there, and lately not even the chocolate glazed doughnuts. But THIS time.. TUH. We were so excited about the Halloween assortment and you didn’t even TRY. These things look so pitiful I for real laughed so hard I cried.
The food was great of course. The service needed a lot of work. The worker seemed to be working by herself and was not happy about it. 😡 She let it be known. She shouldn’t take it out on her customers. We didn’t make out the schedule. We are the ones who pay her salary. 🤑 She was rude when I couldn’t make my mind up. When I did decide she slapped my box of donuts down on the counter. 🤬
Rude and unsatisfactory customer service at Hwy 280 location. Had to beg for napkins. Donuts were thin and drenched in grease! 🤬 …
We drove from Brighton and skipped the Hoover location be they had fresh HOT doughnuts here.
