Was disappointed by the quality here. My bagel was fresh and worth the calories. However it was not crowded (around 11:30am on a Saturday) and the coffee was not fresh, and was cold, and with it being practically empty, the tables had not been clean or wiped down from the breakfast rush.
Picked up my order in the drive thru with the mobile order. Very nice people! I don’t recommend the blood orange drink though, it’s not good!
They left me in the restaurant ALONE. No workers, just me. One minute it was me, another customer and a couple of employees. The next minute- Rapture. I even ordered from their kiosk before I realized the workers were not there . See video – google wouldn’t let me post the whole thing. Aside from a total disregard for the customer, Isn’t this a huge liability ?. (This is one of many horrible experiences at this location)
The service is very good. Staff is very helpful in friendly. Very nice and their food is good. It’s quick and easy, but also it’s doesn’t taste like fast food. It has a very good taste tip. Kind of like a home paste and I think that it’s an very nice place to go. Eat and you can get a quick order to go or you can dine in and the atmosphere really nice and isn’t laid back
