I ordered a croissant from Dunkin through Doordash this morning. This is what I received! The croissant was burnt to a crisp, and the cheese was completely burnt. Absolutely horrible! Not ordering from here again!
Two stars cause generally no issues. But I went today, and well. They weren’t even open. No sign on door. Based on hours they would have been open for an hour. Glad they didn’t have online ordering on.
Two stars, cause I know they’re understaffed. But in any retail job I worked, the manager would have gone in and worked. Even if understaffed.
They don’t have enough workers here, and DD has zero customer service. The workers they have are phenomenal, but trying to do 3-4 jobs each. If something is wrong, there is no way to get help or support, as they do not hire enough employees – at all. It’s a true shame!
The coffee was great but the service was not good. The employees were mostly trainees, not being trained well at all.
The employee wearing a Los Angeles sweatshirt was very mean to her other coworkers. I will not return here as long as she works here. The only reason I gave you money today is because my girlfriend really wanted coffee, but I needed up going to your competitor instead. Terrible work environment and no smiles when ordering. What’s the deal Dunkin?
