5 Reviews on “Crumbl Greystone”
Wow! One cookie is about the size of 4 regular tollhouse you make at home. They served me a box of 4 and they were still warm out of the oven. I will be back! Givon Wayne
The cookie was amazing. My complaint is the cookie is $5 which is fine but pretty pricy for a cookie and then they ask you to tip “the baker”. I don’t understand asking customers to tip your employees who are doing their job. Charging $5/cookie should be enough to pay your staff and profit.
Way way overpriced! Yes it’s a big cookie but $4.00 each? Gotta be kidding! The chocolate chips were only mildly chocolate, the cookie left no noticeable reason to pay suck an exorbitant price.
Had Crumbl cookie for the first time. The cookies are doughy but I the come out nice and hot when you order them. I like that there is a different menu each week.
This store is always kind. The only few times where customer service has been less than great is during busy and peak hours. Otherwise, they are always very quick!! Also, their cookies are always great!!!
