Went thru the drive thru last week. The woman that took my order around 6:30 am was so vibrant and friendly with a sense of humor. I thoroughly enjoyed her service. It was a surprise to get customer service like that so early in the am. She actually helped to wake me up with her unny and beautiful personally. I so appreciate that and is customer service now days was more like that. That’s what keeps people and me coming back to establishments.
absolutely ridiculous experience. we ordered three iced lattes from the drive through, waited for nearly fifteen before finally asking for our money back. two teenage girls whom i’m assuming don’t work there came up to the window, said “hi,” and held their phone up as if they were taking our picture. they were running around the inside screaming, laughing, and yelling. we were checked on twice, and they still had not started on our drinks (although the teen girls who were mentioned above had theirs and were taking a seat as we pulled out) when checked on the second time, which was when we kindly asked for our money back. i too work in the service industry and am no stranger to indulging friends when they come in, but this was something next level. starbucks would never.
They can never seem to make the coffee right or follow directions. I’ve gave them two different opportunities months apart and same result. I will no longer be using this location, you’re better off paying the extra $0.50 at Starbucks a quarter mile down the road, they never mess up.
The older white woman that takes orders for the drive thru is very rude and sarcastic. My bagel was also burnt and she wanted to argue about plain cream cheese when the online order was clearly for strawberry cream cheese.
Shop was not busy on a late Sunday morning. Coffee and donuts were ready quick and we were on our way.
