    The customer service is the best I’ve ever had. They do let you know it’s a bit more expensive to shop there than Kroger and Winn Dixie but they still have deals. I would definitely go back just because of the amazing service we got.

    I got my wedding cake from the publix bakery and it was perfect! Who doesn’t love a publix cake and it came out beautiful! Publix offers a free wedding cake tasting kit you just go to the desk and ask 🙂 They also let me get a smaller decorated cake and a larger sheet cake to serve the guests which I appreciated! They also delivered the cake right on time and helped set it up , why go to a fancy bakery and spend too much money when you can get a nice cake at publix!

    I always buy my kids cakes from Publix. This time we chose the creamy cookies cake. The cake itself was good. However the icing was horrible. It was creamy but it had no flavor at allllllllll!! So I don’t recommend that cake.

    Man, I really wanna love Publix. I ordered a sub online and pickup time was 12:20. We went to pick it up around 1215, and it was utter chaos. Manager stepped in and it became way worse. We watched him miss-make our sandwich twice, then finally got our order at 1255. Missed the entire first half of the Auburn SEC tournament basketball game. If this was the only time this deli counter was an issue, I wouldn’t even post. It always takes longer than you think it will. It’s like a time warp…

    The store manager is a soft and weak. Don’t expect any help from him. Only department worth a lick is the meat department. Try Kroger. Better prices
