I’ve been here twice and they have some of the best cookies I ever tasted. They’re big, soft, and delicious. It’s definitely worth satisfying my sweet tooth and worth the drive from Mobile to Daphne. I can’t wait for Mobile to get it’s own location.
We were able to visit Crumbl for the 1st time. When we walked in we had the option to order from the kiosk or from the Casier. We opted for the kiosk. It was very easy to follow and pay. We paid via card.
We waited for maybe 5 minutes for our cookies. While waiting I noticed the place looked very clean.
The cookies we got were the pink sugar cookie and milk chocolate chip. The box we got them in was very sturdy. We enjoyed them. They were soft and chewy.
I believe we will be back.
The customer service was great! I did a carry out order. As soon as I got there, I hit here on the app. I didn’t have to even say anything, the young lady was already getting my order ready. She made sure that everything looked good before closing the box. I would most definitely recommend coming here! They have some delicious cookies and different flavors every week! Red Velvet was my favorite!
Quite a bit of a wait time if you are a walk in. Sometimes I get good customer service, sometimes it’s zombie land but I understand in these times. Cookies are good and replicates the C.O.T.W. to a T. I don’t go as much anymore as I’d prefer non-cake-like cookies personally but nonetheless I see why so many people love it.
It’s absolutely amazing. I thought it was all hype when I first heard about it, but it’s definitely not. I can’t wait to go back. Really think I have an addiction to it, honestly. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a sweet tooth. A must try most definitely. It’s always really clean and the staff is always super friendly.
